My reports are thorough and comprehensive. They are typically over thirty pages in
length and contain full color photographs of all defects and items requiring attention.
The report contains a narrative section describing the condition of the property, a
thorough check list for all of the homes components and appendices with photographs
and other items relevant to the subject property. Physical defects and safely issues
are summarised in separate sections.
